  • A: Press the # key to silence the trouble alert. This is commonly caused by your system detecting a low battery or other maintenance issue. You typically can continue to use your system normally. Call my office (336) 475-1851 for a service appointment when you have the opportunity.
  • Q: How do I change the time on my keypad?
  • A: *6 (Master Code) 1 HH:MM MM/DD/YY #. Be sure you enter the time in 24-hour format. Example: 1:30PM would be 13:30.
  • Q: How do I bypass a zone?
  • A: *1 (2-digit zone number) #. Example: To bypass zone 4, press *1 04 #.
  • Q: How do I reset my Fire Alarm?
  • A: Enter your 4-digit user code. Press and hold <RESET> until the keypad beeps.
